Cut raw meat into small pieces and place in the freezer for a short while before chopping. The meat will go through the chopper without clogging and no juices will be lost.
Annoyed by bacon curling as it fries? Dip slices into water before placing in skillet and they'll stay straight.
Fix-it

If you are planning to modernize the bathroom, it's a good idea to install 2 shower heads- one at 6 feet from the floor and the other at 4 feet. The lower one allows the women of the house to preserve their hair-dos.
Cleaning

Laundry
The best way to get peach, tea and coffee stains from tablecloths and napkins is to pour boiling hot water from a height of about 2 feet.
