We have found the answer to Design Dilemma #1.

A few months back, Greg from Los Angeles, CA. wrote in with a design dilemma. He has a mid century modern home with a decorative concrete block wall. He wanted to make another wall with this kind of pattern. I asked my readers if they knew of a company that still makes this type of concrete block.

Thanks to John, one of my trusty readers, we have found a company. Orco Block Company carries this type of concrete screen block. It is called La Costa. It measures 11 5/8" x 11 5/8" x 3 5/8". They also carry many other mid century modern style patterns to choose from. They have several locations in California. Orco has been a family owned business since 1946. Wow!
