We are so excited about the new exhibit at the Whitney. It is called Buckminster Fuller Starting with the Universe. It is a retrospective of Fuller's life including his ingenious and outlandish designs. He is the man who revolutionized engineering with the geodesic dome. He also invented the Dymaxion car, a teardrop-shaped, three-wheeler that was aerodynamic and fuel efficient. This rare car will be on view as well as other geodesic models, sketches, and more.

I can't wait to take my son Grayson Danger to see this exhibit. He is 9 months old now. I think its a perfect age to discover the geodesic dome, right? I got him this OBall so he can start practicing Dymaxion thinking at an early age.
