My friend who works for Walt Disney World scored big time at the Mousesurplus in Orlando Fl.
What is the Mousesurplus you might ask? It is a huge warehouse in Orlando that carries Disney memorabilia, phased out items and one of a kind treasures from the theme parks, cruise ships and resorts.
Robert found these amazing retro mod lamps and bedspread which came from Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Robert says,
The two lamps and the bedspread came from guest rooms at Disney's
Contemporary Resort prior to the last renovation. It's difficult to say
just how old they are, as Disney resorts are refurbished fairly
regularly, but they definitely reflect the retro-modern ambience that
was often (and affectionately) referred to as "Jetsons" style. This
resort opened in 1971, and it managed to hold onto that spirit until the
renovation that was initiated within the last year. The new look, while
attractive with a sort of subtle elegance, is much more in keeping with
modern hotel design; gone are all of the brightly-colored textiles (like
the bedspread) and "space age" furnishings (like the lamps).
I purchased all three items from Mousesurplus, an entity in the Orlando
area that seemingly has some exclusive arrangement with Disney to sell
off fixtures, furnishings, equipment, and ride and show artifacts. This
sort of thing used to be available directly to Cast Members via an
on-property outlet called Property Control, but that location now seems
to sell nothing but overstock and damaged theme park merchandise.
Thank you Robert for sharing these exceptional pieces of Disneyana with my Retro Info readers.
