It's not easy being green, especially if you are Rachelle Carson, wife of actor/environmentalist Ed Begley Jr. Called the "Greenest man in Hollywood", Ed rides in an electric car, powers his home with solar panels and his stationary bike, grows his own organic food in his yard in Studio City.

I checked out their reality show on HGTV called Living With Ed. It was Ed's birthday. He walked to the grocery store, bought all the organic ingredients for Tofu Brownies and baked them in a solar oven. His wife smiled a little half smile as she had to eat this concoction. She did buy him a cool gift, a hybrid electic bike!
