Brian got a job in New York City so we have to move. We need your help. We need to find a new place to live. We are looking for our mid century modern dream home in a suburb of New York City (NY, NJ, CT). Brian wants to be able to commute by train 30 minutes to 1 hour into the city to go to work.

We haven't had much luck house hunting so far. Everything is so old and is either a Colonial or Cape Cod style home. We want to find a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that is mid century modern in design, either a Ranch or 2 story. We want lots of glass windows, open floor plan, with possibly a fireplace or a basement. A 2 car garage would be nice because Brian would freak if even one snowflake touched his 70's convertible Mustang. Our budget is approx. 400-600K.
