Last year, I got to see the Butterfly Homes Krisel built for Alexander Homes on the Palm Springs Modern tour. I fell in love with their charming mid century modern style. I thought I would have to move to Palm Springs someday so I could live in one of those beauties!
Now, that classic design can be mine or yours. This year Maxx Livingstone Intl. is re-releasing Krisel's Butterfly home with the Maxx2006 Butterfly Home. It has all the original architectural details of the 1956 model but comes with great 2006 updates. Financing is available for 90% of lot, construction and soft costs.
