Happy Halloween 2009

Categories: About Us, Kids, Holiday/Seasonal @ 09:33:20 pm

I hope everyone had a Happy Halloween! This year Grayson Danger went as Robo Boy 2000. Our 2 yr old is obsessed with robots so it only made sense to make him a robot costume. He had so much fun trick or treating. When we came home, he raided his candy bag as we watched It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. He was full of sugar and didn't go to bed until after 9pm.

Grayson Danger vs. Santa Claus

Categories: About Us, Holiday/Seasonal @ 01:46:45 pm

We took Grayson Danger to see Santa Claus at Bloomingdale's this year. We were not about to fight the crowds at Macy's. Maybe next year. The Bloomingdale's Santa was so nice. He really was in the Christmas spirit. He tried so hard to make Grayson smile. Grayson burst out into tears as I placed him on Santa's lap.
Here is the photo. It's hilarious!
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good fright.

Happy Snow Day

Categories: About Us, Holiday/Seasonal @ 01:41:23 pm

Happy snow day to all of you in the frozen north. Grayson Danger got to have his first experience with snow this week. I am not sure what he thinks of it. Here are some photos I took. Enjoy and keep warm!

Santa's Mod Sled

Categories: About Us, Design, Holiday/Seasonal @ 12:05:39 pm

I snapped this photo as we passed by the Hammacher Schlemmer store in NYC. Looks like Santa's got one mod sled, or whatever this thing is.

We saw there was a real Santa in the window and he waved to Grayson. The next day, my husband called the store to get info about a photo op with Santa. The employee was very rude and couldn't provide any info about Santa. Brian called back and spoke with another employee who was nice but the price of a 5x7 photo with Santa is $25. Yowza! I guess Grayson isn't getting his photo taken with no highfalutin Santa this year. Jeepers!
